There are several parking facilities in the area. On street parking is also available.  

Our facility is also easily reached by public transportation, buses, and the M and R trains.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Our physicians make every effort to be available to our patients when they need them most. During routine business hours, please contact our office.

If you need to contact your physician outside of normal business hours, you may do the following:

• Call the office at: 718-520-6100
• You will be connected to our answering service, which will contact the physician on call. A physician is on call 24/7.
• For non-urgent matters, you may utilize MyChart to contact your physician via a secure connection.
