What Is Mount Sinai Doctors?
Mount Sinai Doctors is an organization of hundreds of clinical relationships and multispecialty services that expand the Mount Sinai Health System’s footprint beyond the eight main hospital campuses into the greater New York City area. The goal of Mount Sinai Doctors is to provide an easy way for our patients to take advantage of the expert care our physicians provide, without having to venture far from the areas in which they live and work. The geography of Mount Sinai Doctors is continually growing and currently encompasses many locations throughout Manhattan, the Five Boroughs, New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester County, and Florida.
The board certified physicians of Mount Sinai Doctors are able to provide both general and specialty care without the need to come to one of our main hospital campuses. Should the situation arise where additional intervention is necessary, Mount Sinai Doctors physicians have direct access to the tertiary and quaternary care of the Mount Sinai Health System’s foremost specialists in a number of fields.
What Does This Mean For Patients?
By utilizing the network of Mount Sinai Doctors, patients are able to access a variety of physicians that practice a wealth of specialties. Mount Sinai Doctors includes single practitioners, group practices, and large multispecialty and ambulatory entities, such as Mount Sinai Doctors Westchester, Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island and Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns. In these larger practices and ambulatory care settings, patients are able to see multiple specialists and have a variety of tests completed through seamlessly coordinated care, all under one roof.
Throughout the expansive network of Mount Sinai Doctors, patients see physicians that practice with a common goal: to provide the comprehensive, quality, patient-based care that Mount Sinai is known for, and most importantly – to keep you healthy.
