Scheduling an Appointment
Patients may be referred for specialty care by their primary care physician or may call any of our specialty departments directly for an appointment. Depending on the urgency, patients will be given an appointment at a convenient time and location. Our state-of-the-art electronic medical records system allows our physicians to coordinate care and access all of the services patients have received anywhere in the practice. We have offices in several convenient locations.

Contacting Your Physician
Each physician establishes his or her own policies regarding telephone calls. In general, our physicians are not available to take calls during patient hours. Phone calls will be returned promptly by a physician, or a physician representative, during breaks in the schedule or after-hours. After-hours calls will be connected to our answering service, which will contact a physician for you.
Medical attention is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
